This is one of my favorite Starbucks. They are always fast and my order is always right. The location is perfectly situated by my work which is a plus. Thank you!

This is a drive through or walk up on Starbucks. The staff here is always cheerful and friendly, even by Starbucks standards, which I feel are fairly high. The food is the food, heated in a toaster or microwave I assume, and nothing amazing but good in a pinch. They always get the drink order correct and the drinks are well made. Some Starbucks locations can't say that... All in, this is a favorite in my app that I choose over the others in the area.

Somehow there are 4 employees inside of this Starbucks that is drive thru & walk up only yet only 2 of them are doing anything. Waited 30min for 2 simple drinks, no changes or additions to them.

The staff here is rude. Would not give me a drink holder when I asked. Told me they’re saving those for any possible deliveries. I had multiple ice coffee drinks and breakfast item, plus all my work items and it’s 15 degrees outside and a I have a quarter mile walk to my job from parking lot. I explained this and asked if I could please have a drink holder again. Mind you I see a whole stack through the window. And she told me no. I said is the deliveries more important than customers in drive through? And she said yes. Felt they could do better and do right by the customer in front of them instead of a possible future delivery and been nicer about it. Also management needs training in inventory and how to order drink holders if they have to hoard items.
